Job Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Restoration: Expertly repair and reshape damaged vehicle panels using a range of hand and power tools, restoring them to their original condition.
  2. Precision Work: Ensure accurate alignment of vehicle frames and panels, utilizing precision instruments and measurements to meet manufacturer specifications.
  3. Welding and Fabrication: Proficiently perform welding and fabrication tasks, joining metal components and creating custom pieces to repair or replace damaged sections.
  4. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and smoothing, ensuring a seamless finish for the paint application.
  5. Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections of completed work to maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of repaired vehicles.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Panel Beater in a reputable automotive repair facility.
  2. Technical Expertise: Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other tools specific to panel beating.
  3. Precision and Detail: Strong attention to detail to achieve precise repairs, maintaining the structural integrity and appearance of vehicles.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to work with various vehicle makes and models, adapting to different repair challenges.
