Understanding your requirements

  • We will meet you in person either at your offices or another location for an informal chat to understand the type of candidate you are looking for and the qualifications and experience they need.
  • We will summarise our conversation to make sure we fully understand your requirements.
  • We will advertise your vacancy and begin the process of matching your recruitment needs to suitable candidates.
  • We will put forward three to four high calibre candidates for your consideration.
  • All candidates selected for interview will be advised initially by telephone. We will then agree a mutually convenient time and date for the interview and confirm all arrangements for both parties. We will contact both parties on interview day to reconfirm the arrangements and to avoid no-shows.
  • We will inform interviewees of the outcome and will feedback on the candidates interviewed and will offer them honest and subjective feedback on their performance.

We can also source candidates from outside of the UK if you require an applicant with a certain skill set or industry knowledge that is not available in the UK.
